Insurance & Payment

  • We’re in-network with Cigna PPO and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. Contact us to confirm if we’re part of your specific plan, as there are many variations.

  • Even if we don’t participate in your plan, we’re happy to submit claims as a courtesy to help you get reimbursed.

  • Yes! Many of our patients pay out of pocket. We’ll go over your options and costs ahead of time.

  • We offer flexible payment options for qualifying treatments. Just ask—our team is here to help.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA, and other major payment methods.

  • Monday: 9am–6pm
    Tuesday & Thursday: 9am–7pm
    Saturday: 8:30am–1:30pm
    We’re closed Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

  • We schedule one-hour cleaning appointments so we can provide thorough, unrushed care.

  • Yes! Each room has an air purifier and filtered water line. We also use a water distiller for clean, purified water throughout the office.

  • In addition to advanced filtration, we follow strict sterilization protocols and clean all surfaces between patients.

Dental Care

  • We recommend coming in every six months for a preventive cleaning and check-up, unless otherwise advised.

  • Laser therapy is more precise, less invasive, and usually promotes faster healing.

  • Not at all. We use low-dose digital X-rays for safe, high-quality imaging.

  • Regular cleanings maintain healthy gums; deep cleanings are needed when gum disease is present to clean below the surface.

Emergency

  • Yes! If you’re in pain, have a broken tooth, or urgent concern, contact us right away—we’ll do our best to get you in quickly.

  • Keep the tooth moist (in milk or saliva) and call us immediately. Timing is key to saving the tooth.

  • Severe tooth pain, swelling, infection, or trauma are all emergencies.

  • Yes, call our office and we’ll help restore it quickly and comfortably.

  • We’re open Saturday mornings and will do our best to accommodate urgent needs during those hours.
